You can contact our pharmacists virtually using the video call for medication review or counselling and phone or chat features in the InstaCare app.
How much does it cost to use InstaCare?
All our services including app and delivery are free.
How much time does it take for my order to be sent?
InstaCare connects you to your nearest neighbourhood pharmacy so in most cases prescriptions received by 3 pm will be delivered to you on the same day.
Do you ship my medication?
we don't believe it's safe to ship medication Instead, your pharmacy will bring your medication straight to your door.
